St. Modwen Homes has been named Residential Developer of the Year at the East Midlands Property Dinner.
The regional event celebrates the key developments and deals in the East Midlands property sector over the past year.
The national homebuilder, which has 23 live developments across the UK and 12 in the Midlands, was recognised for its transformations of unused industrial sites and brownfield land into attractive, aspirational environments.
Egstow Park in Clay Cross, Derbyshire is one such development, which has seen the regeneration of 204 acres of land and will eventually be home to 840 two, three and four-bedroom new homes.
Dave Smith, Managing Director of St. Modwen Homes, said: “This award is a testament to all the hard work and passion that the whole team at St. Modwen Homes places into every property we build.
“We are fully committed to delivering high-quality homes that stand out from the competition. I would encourage people looking to buy a new home to visit one of our many developments and speak to our team about how we can help buy their dream home.”
St. Modwen Homes delivered 848 new homes in 2018, up from 694 in 2017, with the expectation to exceed 1,000 homes this year.
