Regional housebuilder reports three fold increase in interest

Macbryde Homes enjoys three-fold increase in purchaser interest year on year.

St Asaph-based housebuilder, Macbryde Homes, which has developments throughout North Wales and the North West of England, has announced that interest in its current developments is up almost three-fold on the same time last year.

Its Oakley Park development in Ellesmere Port has proved particularly popular with one third of all properties now sold. The sales office at this site was only launched in April this year and the first show home welcomed visitors in August.

At Erddig Place in Wrexham, meanwhile, 50% of the development is now sold, whilst Bryn Y Mor in Old Colwyn has only a few properties remaining and all those sold to date on this development have sold off-plan.

Director Ruth Macbryde comments: “The commonly held belief that interest in property sales falls off during the summer months simply hasn’t been the case for Macbryde Homes. Visitor footfall across the developments that we’re currently marketing has increased three-fold on the same period last year and reservations on properties has doubled.”
