The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity has joined forces with the Construction Industry Training Board and Samaritans to launch a wellbeing support tool, marking a significant step forward in the industry-wide initiative Make It Visible.
The Make It Visible campaign and portal highlight welfare and wellbeing support at every construction site. This initiative plays a crucial role in breaking down the barriers and reducing the stigma associated with discussing wellbeing, while also informing those who in need of the various support channels available to them.
