InSinkErator has supplied its 4N1 Touch taps to a brand new Hayfield housing development in Buckinghamshire.
In conjunction with Home Décor Group, InSinkErator supplied its WRAS approved 4N1 Touch taps to the new development, Hayfield Oaks in Buckinghamshire, that consists of 53, four or five bedroom properties. By dispensing instant filtered steaming hot water, instant filtered ambient cold water and regular hot and cold water from one combined fixture, the 4N1 Touch tap eliminates the need for the homeowners to clutter their new kitchen worktop with a kettle or water filter jug.
The InSinkErator 4N1 Touch tap can also help reduce water wastage in the home and save on the cost of utility bills, as users will only be heating the water they use.

Furthermore, to enhance its support offered to housebuilders and property developers, InSinkErator has developed a dedicated area on its website.
The dedicated housebuilder webpage boasts product information on kitchen solutions available from the company in a digital brochure format, which also includes the contact details for its sales team if further information or support is required.
Kevin Carr, UK Sales Director, InSinkErator, said: “Our new webpage is designed to support housebuilders, property developers and those in the contract market, every step of the way with 24/7 access to product and service information. Past project case studies, as well as testimonials, will feature on our new webpage, highlighting our convenient kitchen solutions and committed service offering. With sustainability at the forefront of consumers’ minds, our specialist kitchen taps, and food waste disposers, are ideal for enhancing new build properties by reducing the homeowner’s carbon footprint.”
