Affordable housing provider, Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), has set up a new sales company as it looks to expand its services and the number of homes it provides.
The company, called Grand Union Homes, will deal with all of GUHG’s shared ownership properties as well as its new market sale homes.
Alan Humphreys, GUHG Chief Executive, said: “The formation of Grand Union Homes is another step forward to enable us to provide more new homes across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
“We are building more homes than ever, including an increasing number of shared ownership properties. Going forward we will be using our considerable knowledge and expertise to provide homes for outright sale as well as even more affordable rented homes.”
