Adam Pinder announced as 2016’s LABC Warranty National Site Manager of the year.
Derbyshire-based Peveril Homes is celebrating following the announcement that Site Manager, Adam Pinder, has been officially recognised at the LABC Warranty Site Manager Awards.
The LABC Warranty Site Manager Awards recognises the outstanding contribution of site managers working on LABC Warranty sites for their vision for quality in construction. Winners were announced at each of the regional awards hosted by Local Authority Building Control earlier this year. The winners from each region went on to secure a place at the LABC Grand Finals where the ‘National Site Manager of the Year’ award was announced and celebrated at the Westminster Park Plaza in London.
With over 3000 eligible site managers, and 15 regional finalists, 55-year-old Adam from Shirland, Derbyshire, was named as 2016’s LABC Warranty National Site Manager of the Year for his Peveril Homes Eden development in Waingroves, Derbyshire.
“We always knew that Adam was an outstanding Site Manager, but being officially recognised as the best in the UK at such a prestigious industry awards ceremony as the LABC Grand Finals has surpassed even our expectations.” said Peveril Homes Construction Director, Colin Wright, who attended the awards with Adam.
Adam has been a Site Manager for Peveril for 12 years, having started his career there working on the company’s Castledine Court development in Syston, Leicestershire. Surprised, yet hugely proud of his achievement, Adam said, “Thousands of Site Managers are doing a great job across the UK every day, so to be rewarded with this title feels very special. Peveril Homes is a developer that prides itself on only the highest standards for quality and safety, and I give a large part of the credit for this award to their outstanding training and development.”
