Housebuilder Cameron Homes, which has been building homes in the Midlands for more than 20 years, launched its luxury Finham Grove development of three large family homes in a rural setting between Coventry and Kenilworth. The three new luxury detached five – and six- bedroom homes were priced between £935,000 and £950,000 and were designed for the consumer in search of a refined take on modern luxury living.
Developed within an existing residential location, the spacious new luxury properties, which were sold shortly after being put on the market, had growing families in mind, with each one comprising around 4,000 square feet and fitted with top-of-the-range fixtures and fittings. Each high-spec property featured a large kitchen/family room, living room, study, dining room, a main family designer bathroom, three en-suite bathrooms, a utility room and a separate detached two-car garage.
Location, location, location
With each new development, Cameron strives to create residences that achieve a balance of three key elements: desirable location, unparalleled craftsmanship and superb finishes. Key to the Finham Grove development was the countryside setting of the properties. The three homes were built in rural Warwickshire, within an existing residential area surrounded by acres of fields and untouched woodlands.
It is an idyllic, leafy location with a country living feel, yet within very easy reach of the city of Coventry and Kenilworth town. Key to achieving the correct look was ensuring quality across the entire project from planning to construction through to identifying top of the range kitchen and bathroom suppliers.
High specification
Finham Grove properties were designed for everyday family life, but with a distinct luxury feel throughout. From the sought-after address to the superior build quality, top spec design and stylish internal décor – every fixture, fitting and finishing touch was well considered and designed and to the needs of the most discerning homeowner.
The kitchen and bathrooms in each of the three homes were generously apportioned to maximise space and comfort and provide both function and comfort and are real focal points in each of the premium properties. Two sets of double-doors connect the family kitchen and living areas with the garden, while a built-in log-burner allows the living space to be enjoyed even in the colder months.
Space and luxury
The bespoke development promotes a comfortable way of life, with each modern property having a large elegant, designer family and en-suite bathroom for the utmost sense of space and luxury. The homes were fitted with exclusive bathrooms and en-suites by leading modern bathroom designers Sottini to ensure a contemporary aesthetic throughout.

Spacious master en-suite bathrooms in two of the properties have been created with a freestanding bath with a beautiful Paglia feature filler tap and a statement Sottini walk-in shower.
Other bedroom en-suites benefit from a modern walk-in Sottini shower. Bathrooms in all three of new properties are completed with a modern finishing touch: a Sottini Vara basin, beautiful Paglia waterfall brassware for both bath fillers and shower mixers.
