Macbryde Homes has announced that sales will officially launch on the 32 new homes that it is developing on a site off Hawarden Road in Penyffordd this coming weekend (March 6 2020).
The development, named Oak Meadow, will offer purchasers a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and will appeal to first-time buyers, young families and professionals looking to commute to nearby Chester and Wrexham. A number of the homes will be designated as affordable.
Macbryde Homes secured planning permission for the development last year and work began on site shortly before Christmas. Interest from potential purchasers has been strong ever since with enquiries on a daily basis from people eager to be amongst the first to reserve off plan. Gwyn Jones, Managing Director at Macbryde Homes, comments:
“Being within easy commutable distance of both Chester and Wrexham, these homes will be particularly appealing to young professionals and growing families and this has certainly been reflected in the interest that we’ve fielded from potential purchasers so far.
“With our sales launch now just days away, we’re confident that this interest will remain strong and that we’ll secure a significant number of sales.”
Penyffordd village offers plenty of small independent businesses, and Broughton Retail Park is just a short drive away. There is also an excellent choice of schools located within walking distance of the new homes.
Once complete, the site will offer five different designs of 4-bedroom homes, along with a mix of 3-bedroom semi-detached homes and two-bedroom townhouses. Help to Buy Wales is available.
