Housebuilder Allison Homes has partnered with Own New on its upcoming mortgage scheme*, and later in the year will be making 95 per cent mortgages available, helping property seekers in Rutland to purchase a new build home with just a five per cent deposit.
Own New will be a service offered by Market Mortgage, and provide access to mortgages of up to 95 per cent with competitive rates on new build homes only.
The scheme will be available to both first time buyers and existing homeowners, including those purchasing higher value properties, and provide creditworthy homebuyers, without large deposits, with easier access to the housing market.
