Midlands based housebuilder Rippon Homes will bring a collection of new homes to Woodhall Spa later this year.
The new community, which will be named Woodcock Grange, will bring 49 one, two, three and four bedroom homes to the area.
Ian Dyke, Managing Director at Rippon Homes, said: “We’re very excited to launch our new development, Woodcock Grange, which will bring a whole new vibrant community to Woodhall Spa.”
