Construction is underway at Piper Homes’ latest site in the Cotswolds. The new development, Royale Gardens, will be the company’s seventh live site in the Midlands area with previous developments – Ebrington Rise near Chipping Campden and The Grange, Longborough – sold out.
Once complete, the development in Upper Rissington will comprise 26 new homes in a range of two, three, four and five bedroom house designs, all individually designed for the development. Royale Gardens will also include a large public open space.
Dave Bradley, Managing Director at Piper Homes, said: “This is a very exciting time for the company as we take the next step forward in our expansion plans and start work on our spectacular Royale Gardens site. Building on a successful 18 months, we have some ambitious plans that will see Piper Homes grow significantly in terms of output and turnover in the next 12 months.
“We’re proud of our reputation for delivering luxury family homes in the finest locations across the Midlands. This summer, we will be expanding our portfolio further by launching two more sites in the Midlands, as well as putting plans together for additional developments that will be brought to market in 2022.
“We’ve already received a high level of interest at Royale Gardens following a VIP launch and now we are very excited that the development is live to an even wider audience.”
The first home at Royale Gardens will be ready for occupation in January 2022 and the showhome is also scheduled to open in January 2022.
