Bellway London is building a total of 518 apartments across three buildings at Eastside Quarter, off Broadway.
Construction work has finished on the first block of 80 homes, known as Alderton Court, where 15 private residents have already moved in.
A selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments being built within two other blocks, Craft Court and Ernest Court, are now available to buy, with prices starting from £279,995.
The development, which is taking shape on the site of the former Bexley Council civic offices, close to Broadway Shopping Centre, will also feature a residents-only gym and 3,000 square metres of commercial space.
Emma Hamlett, Bellway London Sales Director, said: “Construction is progressing well at Eastside Quarter, with work now underway on the second and third blocks of apartments at the development.
“The site benefits from a prime town centre location, right in the heart of Bexleyheath’s main shopping district, with a range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure facilities all within walking distance, and this has made the development particularly popular with young professionals.
“All the apartments at Eastside Quarter offer buyers their own private space in the form of a balcony or terrace, while the development will also include landscaped podium gardens.
“The transformation of this disused site into a high-quality residential and commercial development will deliver a significant boost to Bexleyheath town centre and we look forward to seeing a new community forming as more residents move into their homes.”
A total of three show apartments are available to view at Eastside Quarter. Visits are by prior appointment only to ensure social distancing is observed.
