The first phase of the £60m luxury development at Rowallan Castle Estate has just been released with a total of 38 plots available for custom build homes in the joint venture between Cherish Homes and Rowallan Castle. Completed house prices are expected to be in the range of £400k to over £1m depending upon specifications and size.
This will allow residents to design their new house to fit their lifestyle and the needs of their family, with the support of custom housebuilder Cherish Homes. Whether it is a home office by day, media room by night, a larger kitchen, double height space, or a certain bathroom style they have been dreaming of for years, residents will work with the architect to design a home perfect for them.
The first 25 plots have been released in the Stable Field part of the development with a starting price of £120,000 for the plot itself. Surrounded by rolling hills and fields of bluebells, the plots range in size from 0.05 to 0.2 acres providing space to accommodate a custom designed four-bed detached home of between 140sqm (1500 sq ft) and 325 sqm (3,500 sq ft). All in costs for the finished high quality eco homes on Stable Field, including the plot, are expected to be between £400,000 and £700,000 depending upon size and fit-out specification.
The aptly named Fair View part of the development, mostly with frontline golf fairway positions, is also now released and taking reservations. It runs parallel to the first fairway offering unrivalled views of the surrounding countryside. A further limited number of 13 plots are available with plot prices starting from £275,000 for between 0.2 and 0.56 acres of land. With enough space to accommodate houses in excess of 500 sqm (5,350 sq ft), all in costs of completed houses on Fair View plots are anticipated to be between £700,000 and over £1m when completed.
Set in the grounds of the 12th century Rowallan Castle Estate, the rural homes are surrounded by spectacular Scottish scenery and wildlife, offering a truly idyllic lifestyle just a 30-minute drive from Glasgow Airport and the city centre.
