Work has started on a brand-new development on Hayling Island, which will create 195 new homes.
Barratt Homes has commenced construction on its Pebble Walk development on Sinah Lane, South Hayling, which, once complete, will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, including 58 affordable homes.
