Bargate Homes has been granted outline planning permission for a residential development in Medstead, Hampshire, by East Hampshire District Council’s (EHDC) planning committee.
The plans for the 3.28- hectare site will deliver up to 62 energyefficient homes, alongside public open spaces and landscape enhancements. The housing scheme is designed to offer energy-efficient new homes that support firsttime buyers, families, and downsizers.
