Bancon Homes has opened a new show home at The Reserve at Eden in West Aberdeen.
The Reserve at Eden is a development of two, three and four bedroom homes, all featuring designer kitchens and different characteristics. House styles include apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
The Raeburn is a detached four bedroom home with detached garage. The new show home has been decorated by Karen Wootton from The Design House in Aberdeen using burnished gold and copper as the main colour theme throughout to create a warm and welcoming family home where colours flow from one room to another.
Interior Designer Karen Wootton said: “I took my inspiration for the interior design of this superb family home from Bancon’s new kitchen design with its bronze trim, a refreshing change from chrome and stainless steel. To emphasis this, I’ve used copper and gold to add warmth throughout the home, and accentuated the design using furniture with touches of burnished brass finishes.
“The family, dining, kitchen area has worked particularly well. Here I’ve used three different wallpapers to define each area in this stunning open plan room. Pale grey wallpaper complements the soft grey flooring with burnished brass stripping to emphasis the sleek and modern designer kitchen.
“The dining area is adorned with stylish metallic copper horizontal stripe wallpaper, and acts as a stunning backdrop to the sumptuous grey velvet corner bench with burnished brass legs. This space is ideal for entertaining family and friends offering seating for up to eight people.”
