Housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first homes at its £43m Trinity Fields development, which will deliver 187 new-build properties for Retford, Nottinghamshire.
Located on the edge of Retford, the new development will form part of the council’s proposed Trinity Farm Urban Extension and will feature a selection of two, three, four-bedroom design-led homes across 18 of Avant Homes’ contemporary housetypes. Work commenced on the development in May 2021.
Avant Homes Central Sales and Marketing Director, Dawn Bennett, said: “We’re very pleased to have launched our Trinity Fields development and we have had a fantastic response since announcing the news of our new development in Retford, with interested buyers showing keen interest for our homes. We’re expecting the first homes to be hugely popular with people looking for a home close to Retford, so we’re encouraging buyers to book an appointment with our sales team to find out more about our homes. We also look forward to opening the showhome in late 2021.”
Each property at Trinity Fields includes flexible open-plan living space, designer kitchens with integrated appliances, bi-fold doors and boutique bathrooms complete with full-height tiling in a selection of designs.
Avant Homes Central has nine developments under construction stretching from Worksop to Wollaton.
