North East housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first homes at its £18.6m Allenson View development, which will deliver 65 new-build properties in West Rainton, County Durham. The development will feature a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom design-led homes across 12 house designs.
Work commenced on the development in March 2021.
Avant Homes North East Sales and Marketing Director, Christine Harrison, said: “West Rainton has become an increasingly sought-after area for a wide range of buyers, so we’re very pleased to have successfully launched our new Allenson View development.
