Midlands homebuilder Avant Homes has begun work at its £17m development in Creswell, where it will deliver 82 new homes.
The nine-acre Portlands development will comprise a selection of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties, with a number of four-bedroom detached homes. The first four-bedroom homes have been released for purchase off plan and will be ready for housebuyers to move into from early 2018.
Avant Homes Midlands Sales and Marketing Director, Debby Pavitt, said: “This exciting new development is part of our growth and expansion plans in the Midlands and is the latest in a long line of new developments in 2017.
“Now that construction has begun we can see Portlands beginning to take shape and we fully expect to see strong interest in our design-led properties, which will include our new interior specification and innovative design features.
“The development will provide much-needed high-quality housing in Creswell and we are looking forward to welcoming our first new owners.”
Located in a semi-rural location, Portlands is convenient for families and commuters, offering convenient access to local schools and shopping facilities, as well as excellent transport links with nearby Chesterfield and Worksop.
