After acquiring 11.5 acres of land, ANWYL Homes is drawing up plans for 118 new homes in Haydock.
Air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging facilities will be a feature in each new home, 30% of which are set to be affordable housing. The site lies in the commuting belt for Liverpool and Manchester and is on the edge of an established residential area with a range of amenities in walking distance.
