Allison Homes South West is pledging to provide 2,000 homes, including 600 affordable homes, over the next five years.
Allison Homes South West, which operates from a regional head office on the outskirts of Tiverton, Devon, is aiming to deliver around 500 properties per year, and has plans to build at nearly 15 new sites across the region in the next two years.
So far, just under 300 homes have already been delivered by the developer across seven developments in Devon and Somerset.

A further two developments in Devon, Foxglove View in Buckland Brewer and Weavers Place in North Tawton, are coming soon, consisting of 93 properties overall.
Matthew Bennett, Managing Director at Allison Homes South West, said: “We remain committed to providing local people with high quality homes that they can be proud of, and to delivering our 2,000 home target.
“The South West is a beautiful part of the world with its dramatic coastlines, rugged moorlands, quaint villages and cosmopolitan cities. We’re delighted to be furthering our investment in the region and carrying out our ambitious growth plans.
“All our developments at Allison Homes South West are in compliance with requisite planning and sustainability requirements, and the works themselves have been carried out in accordance with good practice in terms of ecology and landscaping. We utilise an internal design code focusing on three key areas, character, community and climate, in order to enhance the placemaking design process of a site.
