Barratt and David Wilson Homes invited key workers to an exclusive preview event following the release of the first properties at its brand-new Castle Reach development in King’s Lynn.
Taking place on Sunday 23rd November, the event gave key worker house hunters an early opportunity to discover the three and four bedroom homes available ahead of the official opening of Castle Reach in South Wootton early next year.
The preview was held at the Knights Barn at Knight Hill Hotel in King’s Lynn, with doors open from 10am to 4pm.
With no appointment needed, attendees could explore the development plans, speak to the sales team and learn more about the tailor-made offers available exclusively for key workers.
Financial specialists from The Mortgage Store were also on hand to offer free, no-obligation financial advice throughout the day.
One of the offers available at the development is the Key Worker Deposit Contribution. This scheme is designed to support eligible public sector workers – including those in the NHS, education, emergency services, the Armed Forces and more – by contributing towards their deposit.
Under the scheme, Barratt and David Wilson Homes will offer a contribution of £1,000 for every £20,000 spent, up to a maximum of £25,000, helping to make securing a brand-new, energy-efficient home more achievable for those who serve the community.
Alison Page, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Anglia, said: “We’re delighted to have launched the first homes at Castle Reach and look forward to welcoming key workers to this special event.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the development, explore the offers available and speak with our team in a relaxed setting.
“Key workers play such a vital role in our communities and we are proud to support them on their journey to owning a new home in King’s Lynn.”
Homes at Castle Reach include an upcoming range of two, three and four bedroom properties, all designed with modern energy efficiency in mind.
The new development is surrounded by acres of green open space, including community orchards and allotments, as well as excellent travel links and proximity to the Norfolk coast – making it an appealing and well-connected place to call home.
Sales are currently being managed from The Library at Knights Hill Hotel, PE30 3HQ, where interested buyers are encouraged to visit and discover more about the homes coming soon.
