Award winning housebuilder, Linden Homes has announced the new managing director of its South region.
Phil Chapman has joined to lead the region of Linden Homes which covers Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and West Sussex. Joining the team from Taylor Wimpey, where he was managing director looking after sites across West London, Phil has been brought on board to help drive the business forward across the central southern counties.
Phil who brings 25 years of expertise in delivering new homes will be reporting into divisional managing director, Andrew Hammond, and will be responsible for overseeing operations from land through to customer service.
Most enthused about the direction the business is heading, Phil commented: “I have joined at a time when the business has gone through a period of change but is now looking forward and focused on streamlining how it can best deliver much needed quality homes. There is a clear vision for the Galliford Try business and for Linden Homes as the housebuilding operation; there is lots of opportunity to help shape the way the business is run. I am particularly excited about empowering the team to work together and celebrate successes over the coming months and years.”
