As Story Homes’ partner of choice, Zoopla will support the company’s marketing across the development life cycle for schemes in Cumbria, the North East, North West and Scotland.
By partnering with Zoopla, Story Homes will enjoy access to a powerful range of data-led tools including Consumer Link which helps housebuilders find consumers, utilising first data party profiling and a unique algorithm to monitor behaviours and pinpoint target audiences with higher intent. They will also have access to Sales Optimiser, which is designed specifically for those final plots remaining when developments need that plot level final push.
In addition to the above, Zoopla’s Progression Portal will unlock full reporting on the leads the portal delivers for Story Home, making it easy for Story Homes to monitor which channels are performing best and track the source of a lead through to reservation.
