New family houses and bungalows released for sale at Hayfield Grange in Southam

New four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows have been released for sale at the bespoke Hayfield Grange development in the Warwickshire market town of Southam.

The new release includes the much-anticipated two-bedroom Napton bungalow, priced at £375,000. The four-bedroom Southam and Hallow designs are also newly released, each priced at £445,000. Both family home designs including an open plan kitchen/breakfast area, and a separate sitting room and study to allow for flexible and convenient modern living. The Southam design also benefits from a family area off the kitchen, while the Hallow features a separate dining room, perfect for entertaining.

The majority of the executive homes will be ready for occupation this summer.

All of the homes on the scheme are eligible for the Government’s Help-to-Buy initiative, which enables purchasers to buy a new home with just a five per cent deposit. 20 per cent of the sales price can be covered by a Government loan, with a homeowner mortgage required for 75 per cent of the value.

Hayfield Grange is conveniently located on Manders Croft, off Watton’s Lane.
