Keep your slippers on with virtual tours of Lancashire homes

Whilst the recent pandemic has changed the homebuying process, leading developer Barratt and David Wilson Homes is giving Lancashire homebuyers the chance to view its properties at Waddow Heights from the comfort of their own sofa.

In recognition of the demand for online media, videos of Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ Waddow Heights development are available to ensure house hunters have as much information as possible for when they have an appointment with a Sales Adviser.

Philippa Stewart, Head of Sales at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North West, said: “Whilst we are now offering appointments for property seekers, we think that it is paramount that homebuyers have as much information as possible before they visit a development.

“We’re delighted to be able to offer an online video of our developments, allowing people to take a tour of Waddow Heights in Clitheroe and tours of homes that we are building at the development without having to leave the house.”

Clitheroe has proven to be a popular location for new homebuyers, there’s so much to enjoy from long walks through the Forest of Bowland – an Area of Outstanding Beauty, to strolling through the country market in the nearby town of Clitheroe.

In the video, property seekers are able to take a look at the development layout and the house types that will be available at the development.

Barratt Homes is offering virtual tours of the three bedroom Maidstone and Moresby style homes, ideal for families.

David Wilson Homes is offering a virtual tour of the four bedroom Bayswater style home.

Once complete, Waddow Heights will feature beautiful street scenes which include both Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ most loved homes using the best materials and cutting-edge building techniques to deliver a diverse and unique range of homes.

Properties have been designed with families in mind with open plan spaces leading to the rear gardens, perfect for residents to make the most of their outdoor space.

There are plenty of schemes house hunters can use to help them when reserving a property at a Barratt and David Wilson Homes development, including Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Movemaker, all designed to make the moving process that much simpler for buyers.

As a thank you to NHS staff, who have shown courage in the face of the Covid-19 crisis, Barratt and David Wilson Homes has launched a 5% Deposit Scheme contribution towards their deposit, for all NHS workers.
