Paving and walling manufacturer Tobermore is celebrating record breaking delivery speeds in September.

In the month of September 2019, 99.8% of Tobermore deliveries were delivered in full and on time as agreed, the paving and walling manufacturer has announced.

The company takes great pride in their delivery service and has maintained a 99% delivery rate for in full and on time loads for the past five years.

Tobermore explained how it has achieved these rates, noting it has put and number of processes place including: manufacture on a single site, the maintenance of higher than average stock levels and investment in world class machinery to ensure a high speed manufacturing process.

To enable customers to fully benefit from these initiatives the company has introduced a tailor made customer service package, ServiceSure.  This customer focused service follows a project from initial enquiry to delivery and beyond, updating customers at every stage ensuring an efficient, and consistent streamlined delivery experience.
