Coventry developer expands into new premises

Coventry-based Bellway South Midlands has moved into larger premises in the city. The division has relocated from its former offices at Coventry Business Park to new offices in Oak House at Eastwood Business Village. The move follows five years of sustained growth.

Ben Smith, Managing Director of Bellway South Midlands, said: “This move into a bigger office space represents the next phase of our growth of a division and is testament to the success we are enjoying in this region.

“Although the Bellway South Midlands division was only created five years ago, the team continues to go from strength to strength. We have achieved significant growth despite the challenges posed by the coronavirus restrictions and believe we are in a strong position to build on these solid foundations as the country emerges from the pandemic.

“Our headquarters was established in Coventry and we now feel very much part of the community here. When we identified the need for larger premises, it was always our intention to stay within the city.

“We have recently acquired new sites in Coventry, Bromsgrove, Daventry and Worcestershire Parkway and are continuing to seek more land in suitable locations as we look to continue our expansion across the region.”

The division is also marketing developments in Bicester in Oxfordshire and Oadby in Leicestershire under the Ashberry Homes brand, which is part of the Bellway group.
