Second collection of new homes in Deddington gets go ahead

Burrington Estates is set to bring a second new homes development to the Oxfordshire market town of Deddington. Planning permission has been granted to build a select collection of 15 new homes on Clifton Road.

Plans for the new development on Clifton Road include a mix of properties from two-bedroom semi-detached homes up to large luxurious five-bedroom houses, all built in natural stone.

John Scott, Sales and Marketing Director at Burrington Estates, commented: “It is great news to get the green light on our plans for our second development in Deddington. As has been shown at Hempton Gate where properties are selling well off-plan, there is great demand in the area for high quality homes in this attractive semi-rural setting. We are delighted to be able to offer purchasers another opportunity to find their perfect home in Deddington.”

The Clifton Road site is on the edge of Deddington, surrounded by mature hedges, trees and fields. Burrington Estates will plant new hedgerows and wildflower meadows to create a beautifully rural site for residents. The detail, character and design of the new homes will blend with the setting, including materials such as stone, brickwork, timber cladding and tiled roofing, all synonymous with local architecture.

Hempton Gate includes 14 luxurious new homes in a mix of two, three and four-bedroom layouts that are currently available for sale off-plan.
