Redrow launches show home at new Chellaston development

Redrow Homes East Midlands has opened the doors of its new show home, The Ludlow, at its Brindley Park development, which sits seven miles from the city of Derby.

The Brindley Park development consists of 54 properties from the award-winning ‘Heritage Collection’. Inspired by the Arts and Crafts era, the ‘Heritage Collection’ offers traditional 1930s-inspired homes, with a modern and hi-spec interior. The development is made up of a mix of three- and four-bedroom traditional homes for families and young professionals.

The new Ludlow show home offers ample living space, with high ceilings, large windows and doors, and generous floor space. The kitchen-dining area measures in at 5.42 by 3.48m and comes in a variety of traditional and contemporary styles. The kitchen also benefits from some of the latest integrated energy saving appliances.

There is a spacious lounge, and three sizeable bedrooms, with the master bedroom benefiting from a stylish en-suite. Electrical fittings come in white, polished or brushed chrome, and there is a choice of Amtico flooring and Cormar carpets throughout as a customer option. Each home has its own style and come with the option of bespoke finishing touches.

Mary Timlin, Sales Director for Redrow Homes East Midlands, said: “The exterior of the show home speaks for itself, with traditional features and craftmanship on display, while inside is a hi-spec haven for any modern family.

“We are confident that being able to view the show home first hand will boost interest further – The Ludlow gives luxury rarely seen in a three-bedroom home and really needs to be seen to be believed.”

Brindley Park is located seven miles south of Derby, with connections to the A50 and M1, and falls within the catchment area for outstanding schools, including Chelleston Academy.
