Redrow to deliver 72 new homes in Huntingdon

Second phase of Redrow Homes South Midlands’ Alconbury Weald development launches.

Following on from the first phase of the Alconbury Weald development in Huntingdon, Redrow has announced the next phase, with 72 new homes hitting the market.

Located on Bardolph Way, the second phase of the development includes a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes.

The three-bedroom Ludlow has been designed to combine character and elegance with practical living spaces. The semi-detached Ludlow includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and also features space to accommodate a modern family’s needs – including a separate laundry room and downstairs cloakroom.

The substantial Highgate is a three-storey, five-bedroom home which combines a traditional exterior with a high-spec interior. The home boasts an open-plan living and dining area at its heart as well as a master bedroom with its own ensuite and dressing room.

Tonia Tyler, Sales Director for Redrow Homes South Midlands, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the second phase of our Alconbury Weald development, with 72 new homes available to Huntingdon residents and those in the surrounding area.

“The previous phase proved extremely popular, and we’re sure that our award-winning Heritage Collection will continue to create interest with buyers who are looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior.”

“Each home has an individual style and the option for bespoke finishing touches, so no two homes are the same. We’d invite anyone who likes the idea of spacious, luxury living to come and visit our show homes and see the stunning designs for themselves.”
