New community taking shape in Hilton

A new community is starting to take shape at a housing development in the Derbyshire village of Hilton, where a third of the homes are now built.

Bellway is building 45 homes at Mousley Park, off Derby Road, with 15 of these now constructed and 14 sold. The first residents are now starting to move in, with three houses already occupied and a further two families due to move in over the next few weeks.

All properties at Mousley Park are part of the Artisan Collection, Bellway’s flagship range of homes which has been developed from decades of customer feedback. Construction is due to be complete at the site early next year.

Heidi Higgins, Sales Manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: “A community is already forming at Mousley Park with that set to grow even further once the next few customers move into their homes in August.

“All the homes at this development are part of the Artisan Collection, Bellway’s flagship collection of homes, which combines traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail with the latest construction techniques. There’s a wide range of property designs on offer to ensure that a wide variety of customers can find the right home for them.”

Bellway was recently awarded five-star status by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth consecutive year, which means that more than 90 per cent of customers said they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend or family member.

Bellway is building a collection of three, four and five-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows at Mousley Park, with prices currently starting from £275,000 for a two-bedroom bungalow.
