Invicta Developments creates a first class finish with Forticrete

East Midlands housebuilder Invicta Developments has partnered with Forticrete as part of the construction of its latest portfolio of exclusive properties in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

The new Brownacres gated development will consist of nine spacious four and five bedroom homes. Over 135m2 of Forticrete’s Shearstone Walling Stone will be installed across each property in conjunction with complementary building materials, including brick, render and large panels of glazing.

Specified in a rustic Cotswold Village finish, the walling stone will create a cohesive visual appeal across the development that reflects the rustic appeal of Grantham.

David Goodridge, Managing Director of Invicta Developments, said: “For over 25 years, we have been committed to creating homes of quality and distinction. To achieve this, it’s crucial that we ensure every aspect of our properties is completed to the highest level and will continue to look and perform at this superior standard for years to come.

“As soon as we saw Forticrete’s reconstituted walling stone, we knew it met these requirements and would enable us to perfectly reflect the local vernacular, without having to compromise on longevity or visual appeal. We have been so impressed by Forticrete’s offering, we are now looking to specify the range for two future developments.”

Chris Piper, Sales Director for Housing Developers at Ibstock PLC, said: “Invicta Developments sets the standard for luxury families homes, where every single aspect has been designed to deliver first class aesthetics and performance.

“Our Shearstone Walling Stone was the ideal choice for this development, as it provides David and his team with the ability to successfully recreate the visual appearance of natural walling stone with confidence. We look forward to working closely with Invicta Developments over the coming months as the construction of the site progresses.”
