Interest mounts at Cheshire development

The team behind the brand new Weston Woods development located in the village of Weston near Nantwich, is urging interested house hunters to get in touch and book a viewing after all of its launch weekend appointments were quickly snapped up.

Weston Woods is a strategic joint venture partnership with Latimer, Clarion Housing Group’s development arm.

Lovell Homes, the national housebuilder behind the brand-new Cheshire development officially opened its three beautiful show homes this month with all viewings quickly taken by pre-registered parties. With only six appointments available each day to allow for regular cleaning and to adhere to social distancing guidelines, demand has been high – the wider public now has its chance to bag an appointment with viewings now available to book.

The exclusive 99-home development will comprise a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom homes and six two- and three-bedroom bungalows with prices starting off-plan from £262,995. They feature large family-friendly gardens and space for home working, both features currently high on the wish list of house hunters.

Anne-Marie O’Doherty, regional sales director at Lovell Homes North West, said: “We’re delighted that the show homes are now open for pre-booked appointments – following our successful, fully booked launch weekend, we’re encouraging other interested house hunters to get in touch as soon as possible.
“This development is a personal favourite of mine due to its beautiful location and because many of the tight-knit community have been waiting a long time for additional housing so they can move, yet stay within the village, or to allow their families to move close by. It’s a highly sought-after location with excellent local schools, fantastic commuter links, and surrounding woodland. Interest has been so strong that a number of homes have already been released for sale.

“This weekend was slightly different launch for us – we’d love to open our doors and welcome everyone to have a look around but at this stage all visitors will need to book an appointment in advance and follow the government guidance.”

As well as providing new homes for the area, Lovell Homes, alongside Latimer, will be creating 1.36ha of public open space, a new children’s play area located towards the east of the development and attenuation pond to the south. The housebuilder will also be contributing funds to support the improvement of the area’s education services.
