Humberston development reaches completion

Luxury Lincolnshire residential development Carrington Gardens has completed the first phase of properties and keys have been handed over to its first residents.

Located on Humberston Avenue, the 200-home retirement village delivered by Keystone Developments includes a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom bungalows and one- and two-bedroom apartments, exclusively designed for the over 55s.

In addition to the modern, high spec accommodation and landscaped gardens, Carrington Gardens also offers homeowners the use of Carrington Lodge — an exclusive communal clubhouse at the centre of the estate which includes lounge areas, a library, a light and airy orangery and guest facilities available for family and friends.

Chris Parkinson, Corporate Sales Manager at Keystone Developments, said: “We are thrilled to have finished the first phase of this exciting new development and we can really start to focus on getting Carrington Gardens’ residents established in their new homes.

“We are delighted to already have homeowners happily settled in and with a number of sales currently progressing there will soon be a busy, bustling atmosphere to the place which is exactly what we want.”

Carrington Gardens also has a ‘try-before-you-buy’ bungalow where potential residents can stay for one night or two before committing to buying a property. Chris added: “The ‘try-before-you-buy’ property is a great way to see if Carrington Gardens is the place for you. Many of our potential residents may not have bought a new house for many years so it can be quite a daunting task. With that in mind, some potential buyers just need a little bit of extra reassurance and staying for a couple of days can do just that.

“Carrington Gardens is ideal for those looking to keep the lifestyle of independent living but within a safe, secure environment and without the hassle of external maintenance and upkeep. The development is within easy reach of many local amenities, including shops and a luxury gym and leisure centre, making it the perfect location for over 55s to enjoy.”

Keystone was formed in 2001 and prides itself on delivering high specification, bespoke new-build developments for retirement living with quality design and a commitment to sustainability.
