Bellway has received permission to build a further 200 new build homes in Lathom, near Burscough, in Lancashire. Located on Neverstitch Road, the new development is an extension of Bellway’s previous Lathom Pastures development that was launched in 2018.
With planning permission granted, Bellway will transform the 18 acre site bought from the Neverstitch Road Consortium with a mix of three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes from its individually designed Artisan collection.
Sales Director at Bellway North West, Jenny Bell, said: “We’re delighted to have acquired an additional piece of land to extend our popular Lathom Pastures development and are looking forward to getting started on site.
As part of the planning agreement, Bellway has made a Section 106 contribution of £100,000 towards the construction of the Ormskirk to Skelmersdale Linear Park; a new public space for all to enjoy.
Remediation works have commenced on site, with Bellway hoping to commence build in the next few months. Sales are expected to launch towards the end of this year, with show homes in 2023.
