Approval granted for new homes in Dyserth

Macbryde Homes has confirmed that its plans to bring 61 new homes for first time buyers, young professionals and families to Dyserth have been approved by Denbighshire County Council.

The Magor-based housebuilder has confirmed that work on site, which is located off Meliden Road, will commence early this coming summer.

Managing Director of Macbryde Homes, Gwyn Jones, commented: “The need for high quality housing that local people can afford is acute in this area. Dyserth hasn’t benefitted from a development of this kind in far too many years and we’re delighted to now be able to move our plans forward to address this.”

The homes will be comprised of a mix of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached homes and three and four-bedroom detached dwellings. All will be two storeys high with parking for between two and four, depending on the size of the property.

Gwyn Jones continued: “We will ensure that the homes both complement and enhance the local environment, allowing families to build their futures in this important area of North Wales.”

Macbryde’s announcement on its Dyserth plans comes soon after its acquisition of another site in Rhuddlan where it has submitted a reserved matters planning application for 99 new homes.
