Persimmon to return to Easingwold with new development

Persimmon Homes Yorkshire is set to return to Easingwold to start work on a multi-million development.

The company says it is due to begin work this summer at its latest site in the picturesque market town, where 115 homes are scheduled to be built.

The Weald, as it will be known, will feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes as well as a selection of two bedroom bungalows.

Kevin Thubron, sales director at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, said: “We are delighted to be returning to such an attractive and welcoming town. Our previous development in Easingwold was very popular so we knew there was a demand for new build properties. And we were delighted when we secure more land in the area.”

Kevin notes that The Weald is a much larger development offering a greater range of house sizes.

The first properties at The Weald are expected to be available in July to buy off-plan.
