Crest Nicholson’s Eastern division to be headed by Adrian Bohr

Adrian Bohr has been appointed Managing Director of Crest Nicholson’s Eastern division.

Crest Nicholson has announced the appointment of Adrian Bohr to the position of Managing Director for its Eastern division. Adrian takes over the role from Peter Diffley, who has retired from the business following a successful five years leading the division.

Adrian will oversee the team to deliver 14 large and small-scale developments across the east of England. It is Adrian’s second time working for Crest Nicholson, following a 10-year period at the business at the start of his career.

He joins the team at Crest Nicholson from Troy Homes, where he held the role of Managing Director. Before this, Adrian worked at Linden Homes Eastern where, in his role as Managing Director, he oversaw the delivery of a diverse range of projects including mixed use schemes and large-scale regeneration projects in London, such as the revitalisation of historic St Clement’s Hospital site in the East.

Adrian Bohr, Managing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern said: “It feels very special to be re-joining Crest Nicholson as Managing Director of the Eastern division. Crest Nicholson Eastern has an exceptional track record of delivering significant, high-quality developments and vibrant communities in the East of England. The current pipeline of high-profile schemes gives me a strong starting point to build on, and I’m looking forward to working with my talented new team to realise our objectives for this year.”
