Beal Homes and Sky to offer buyers free premium TV and broadband

Sky is working with Beal Homes to offer new owners TV and broadband services on its ‘The Swale’ development in Gainsborough.

Beal Homes is currently completing a first phase of 36 homes at The Swale with properties ranging from one bedroom ‘FirstStep’ designs up to three bedroom detached homes.  From this month it will be marketing homes at The Swale with the benefit of the Sky package, which includes 12 months free Sky TV, broadband and calls. This will allow homebuyers access to Sky from the moment they receive their keys, removing any of the inconvenience associated with organising installation.

Beal Homes takes pride in offering a very personal service and providing a high level of flexibility in home layout and design. With the additional package from Sky, new homebuyers will also be able to access the wide selection of Sky bundles, offering a choice of entertainment – including the latest blockbusters, popular box-sets and sporting events.

Beal Homes sales and marketing director Sue Waudby said, “This new partnership with Sky at The Swale in Gainsborough provides an excellent opportunity to offer our homebuyers something extra. Beal Homes recognises that a high quality digital connection is essential for modern living and is committed to providing all our purchasers with the latest technology and best Internet services.”

Tim Dray, Head of Indirect Sales & Partnership Products at Sky Homes added, “We know that home buyers want access to quality TV and broadband from the moment they walk into their new home. Beal Homes can now offer this to its customers, as part of its innovative approach to house building, and in particular, its emphasis on flexibility and convenience.”

Beal Homes has been building new homes in East Yorkshire for over 48 years and for over ten in Lincolnshire. Based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, Beal completed over 160 homes in 2015 and is planning to increase that figure to 250 in 2016 with new development launches.
