This Land acquires 20 new sites in Cambridgeshire

Recently launched development and investment company, This Land, has announced that it has acquired 20 new sites across Cambridgeshire. 

The move is part of the company’s plan to deliver what it describes as, “a market-leading approach to the creation of desirable new homes and neighbourhoods across the UK.”

The company says that the sites will deliver in excess of 560 new homes close to Cambridge. The new sites include a mixed-use site at Soham Northern Gateway; a new residential development at land adjacent to Hereward Hall in March together with a range of sites in surrounding villages, including Brampton, Foxton, Wicken, Guilden Morden and Litlington.

David Gelling, Managing Director (pictured) commented: “We are delighted to announce This Land’s ambitious plans evidenced by the recent acquisition of 20 sites all located in Cambridgeshire, an area of significant economic growth. This Land’s has confirmed it will seek to widen its portfolio through the acquisition of a range of mixed-use sites across the UK.
