Freeman Homes releases phase one of Weobley development

Freeman Homes has announced the launch of its ‘Oaklands Holt’ residential development in Weobley, north-west Herefordshire.

Following planning permission granted earlier this year to build 39 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes on land to the north of Gadbridge Road on the eastern edge of the village, Freeman Homes has released phase one for open-market sale.

Oaklands Holt is a scheme made up of a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached homes and is designed to reflect the character of its surroundings. Freeman Homes has taken care to ensure the development provides a welcoming neighbourhood feel – homes positioned around the communal garden reflect the existing Weobley village green layout. Located at the entrance of the site, most of the 11 homes in phase one have driveways which are accessed directly off Gadbridge Road.

Off-plan purchasers have the opportunity to personalise their homes by selecting from a wide range of standard and premium appliances and accessories, from paint colour, flooring and wall tiles through to kitchens and bathroom suits.

Freeman Homes’ Joint CEO Luke Freeman said: “We are delighted to launch phase one of our Weobley development. We are committed to building high quality individual homes and our team has worked hard to design a scheme to be proud of for years to come. Each individual home at Oaklands Holt has been planned with modern living in mind – with consideration given to flexibility of space and generous storage.”

Construction began on the site last month and it is anticipated the first occupants will move in in early 2019.
